UK students celebrate A-Level results and university placements
Students across various educational institutions in the United Kingdom are celebrating their A-Level results. At Crompton House Sixth Form, 53 per cent of students achieved A*-B grades, with 25 per cent receiving a clean sweep of A* and A grades. Many students from the school are progressing to prestigious institutions, including Oxford University, the University of Cambridge, and the University of Manchester.
In addition to university placements, several Crompton House students have secured apprenticeships at companies such as Softcat, CBRE, and Yorkshire Water.
Similarly, students at Gordon's School reported strong outcomes, with over 90 per cent achieving A*-C grades and the same percentage heading to their first-choice universities. Many students are enrolling in Russell Group universities, with Exeter and Nottingham being popular destinations. The school also saw success in BTEC results and several students securing professional opportunities in accountancy, engineering, management consultancy, and professional sports.
