Sunritz posts 12.6% sales rise and 236% profit jump in Q1

Sunritz Co., Ltd. announced its first‑quarter results for the fiscal year ending March 2027. Net sales reached ¥54.48 billion, up 12.6% year‑on‑year, while operating profit surged to ¥3.34 billion, a 236% increase. Recurring profit climbed to ¥3.11 billion (+437%) and net profit attributable to the parent rose to ¥2.8 billion (+641%).

Segment performance showed the packaging division posting ¥38.73 billion in sales (+15%) and ¥5.24 billion in profit (+67%). The transport division recorded ¥6.93 billion in sales (+11.8%) and ¥0.87 billion in profit (+25.8%). The warehouse division added ¥8.12 billion in sales (+3.2%) and ¥1.17 billion in profit (+28.1%).

For the full year, Sunritz projects sales of about ¥220 billion (+7.1%), operating profit of ¥13.5 billion (+30.4%), recurring profit of ¥10.5 billion (+6.3%) and net profit of ¥7 billion (+1.7%).
