Łukasz Skorupski sidelined from Bologna squad for disciplinary reasons

Bologna goalkeeper Łukasz Skorupski was dropped from the squad for the Serie A match against Napoli due to disciplinary reasons. According to Bologna's sporting director, Marco di Vaio, the Polish goalkeeper was punished by the coach for arriving late to a tactical briefing, in accordance with internal club regulations.

As a result of the disciplinary action, 18-year-old Massimo Pessina made his debut in goal for the team. Napoli secured a 1-0 victory over Bologna, with Stanislav Lobotka scoring the decisive goal in the second half.
