Davor Savicic indicted by Ukraine for war crimes
Ukrainian authorities have issued the first war crimes indictment against a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Davor Savicic, for actions allegedly committed during the 2022 Russian invasion. Savicic, who holds both Bosnian and Russian citizenship, is accused of crimes against civilians in the Fedorivka and Ivankiva regions of the Kyiv oblast.

A key witness, a survivor named Mykola, has provided testimony regarding the treatment of civilians during the occupation. Meanwhile, Bosnian authorities have issued an arrest warrant for Savicic. A preliminary hearing in the Ukrainian court is scheduled for early September.
