Ukrainian Ambassador Vasyl Zvarych to return to Kyiv for new diplomatic role

Vasyl Zvarych, the Ukrainian Ambassador to the Czech Republic, is preparing to return to Kyiv to assume a new role as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. Zvarych noted that while the transition will take several months to finalize through government approval, he remains undeterred by the ongoing Russian attacks on Ukraine's infrastructure and the challenges of the upcoming winter.

In a related humanitarian effort, the Prague 6 municipal district has welcomed a group of 30 Ukrainian children for a ten-day recovery stay. These children, many of whom are offspring of Ukrainian soldiers who have been killed, captured, or gone missing, will be hosted at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague. Prague 6 Mayor Jakub Stárek expressed solidarity with the families, emphasizing the district's commitment to supporting the children during their stay.
