Ukrainian drone commander outlines five conditions to end war

Robert Brovdi, commander of the Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces, has outlined five essential conditions for ending the war with Russia. According to Brovdi, the conflict will only conclude when Russia loses the capacity to fund the war, produce weaponry, protect its rear infrastructure, and deploy new personnel to the battlefield.

Brovdi also identified a fifth condition: the reduction of the Kremlin’s ability to maintain an internal perception of stability and control. He described the necessary strategy as the “systematic and asymmetric exhaustion of Russia” by dismantling these five pillars of its war machine.

Brovdi warned that Russia has no intention of stopping and predicted that the upcoming period will be even more difficult for Ukraine. He emphasized that Ukraine must rely on intelligence, technology, and asymmetric advantages, such as long-range strikes against Russian oil infrastructure and military targets behind the front lines, to make the war increasingly costly for Moscow.
