Polish authorities say the offences could attract fines of up to several thousand złoty, the loss of her driving licence after accruing 27 penalty points, and a possible deportation order. Police may forward a request to the Border Guard, which could ban her from entering Schengen countries for up to five years – a measure previously applied to a Ukrainian influencer who drove a Corvette over Morskie Oko. Europol MEP Jacek Ozdoba filed a police report, and Anderzhanova later claimed the videos were AI‑generated.
