UlaşımPark secures 25 international quality certificates

UlaşımPark, a subsidiary of the Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality, has strengthened its corporate management structure by obtaining 25 international quality certificates between 2024 and 2026. The initiative aims to enhance public transportation service quality, passenger satisfaction, and operational continuity.

Key certifications include ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001, SA 8000, and ISO 10002, alongside the TS EN 13816 Public Transport Service Quality Standard. To ensure service continuity against risks such as natural disasters or energy outages, the company implemented the ISO 22301 Business Continuity Management System.

The company is also focusing on technological maturity and innovation. Recent achievements include the TS ISO/IEC 15504 SPICE standard for software processes, ISO/IEC 20000-1 for IT service management, and ISO 56001 to systematize innovation processes.
