Ulcinj and Zagreb launch free cultural heritage tour initiatives

The Tourist Organization Ulcinj has completed its inaugural ‘Free Tour’ project. The initiative aimed to introduce visitors to the cultural and historical heritage of Ulcinj through free guided tours led by licensed local guides. Following positive feedback from tourists regarding the authenticity and local insight provided, the organization plans to expand and continue the project next year.

In Croatia, the Zagreb Tourist Board (TZGZ) is hosting the ‘Get to Know Your City’ project throughout September. From September 5 to 27, the program will offer 31 free thematic tours in Croatian, covering topics such as local history, famous residents, literature, and urban legends. The program includes interactive tours specifically designed for children aged 6 to 11, concluding on September 27 in observance of World Tourism Day.
