Ulrich Siegmund seeks to prevent Müller-Werk factory closure

Ulrich Siegmund and AfD politicians are attempting to prevent the closure of the Homann factory in Rogätz, located in the Börde district of Saxony-Anhalt. The Müller Group has announced plans to shut down the sauce production site by autumn 2027, a move that threatens 160 jobs.

Theo Müller, the group's CEO, has agreed to meet with Siegmund and other AfD representatives in the coming weeks to discuss potential solutions for the site. The production facility has reportedly been struggling due to high energy costs.
