Ultraman Series 60th Anniversary Exhibition to open in Yokohama
The Ultraman Series 60th Anniversary Exhibition is set to open at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse from September 5 to September 27, 2026. Following successful runs in Osaka and Fukuoka, this event celebrates six decades of the franchise, which first debuted in 1966.
The exhibition will be organized into nine thematic zones, showcasing more than 50 works from the series. The displays will range from the origins in ‘Ultra Q’ to the latest installment, ‘Ultraman Teo’. Features include immersive three-dimensional video, dioramas, historical costumes, and a section dedicated to the defense teams and their memorable quotes.
Visitors can expect exclusive merchandise and admission bonuses, such as random original clear cards. The event aims to provide a comprehensive look at the visual and thematic evolution of the franchise through various media, including television, films, and animation.
