Presented by Regional President Stefania Proietti, the protocol seeks to ensure a consistent and protected experience for victims, preventing them from having to repeat their stories multiple times. The system integrates emergency rooms, local services, and anti-violence centers through multidisciplinary teams and trained operators.

Key features of the protocol include the activation of a 'Stanza Rosa' (Pink Room)—a private, protected environment used during the triage process. Additionally, the program aims to support victims' transition toward economic and professional autonomy to help them escape cycles of violence.
