Umbria Region promotes UmbriaFacile app to digitize public services

The Umbria Region has introduced a promotional campaign for the UmbriaFacile app, designed to streamline access to public services through digital innovation. Presented at the PostModernissimo cinema in Perugia, the initiative aims to reduce waiting times at service counters and allow citizens to manage tasks such as booking medical visits, consulting reports, submitting job applications, and checking weather alerts directly via smartphone.

During the presentation, Vice President Tommaso Bori emphasized that the digital transformation is intended to improve quality of life by making public administration more efficient and accessible. The project was developed in collaboration with PuntoZero and the Scuola Umbra di Amministrazione Pubblica (Villa Umbra).
