Umbria to host Amerino Tipico Festival and Kid Design Week in 2026

The Umbria region will host two distinct cultural events in late 2026. The second edition of the Amerino Tipico Festival is scheduled for October 2–4, 2026, in Amelia. This festival focuses on promoting high-quality local products, including ancient and recovered Amerine specialties such as oil, wine, legumes, cereals, cheese, meats, truffles, and beer. The program includes a conference at the Teatro Sociale on October 2, followed by tastings and guided culinary tours through the historic center of Amelia on October 3.

Additionally, the sixth edition of Kid Design Week will take place in Terni from September 29 to October 3, 2026. Organized by Utilità Manifesta APS/Design for Social in collaboration with the Municipality of Terni, the festival centers on the theme of ‘Transformations.’ The event aims to use creativity as a tool for social and individual understanding, involving over 400 students from local schools through workshops, talks, and activities led by national experts in design, art, and the environment.
