Umbria TPL e Mobilità shareholders unanimously approve 2025 budget

Shareholders of Umbria TPL e Mobilità S.p.A. have unanimously approved the company's 2025 financial statements during an ordinary assembly held in Perugia. The regional agency for local public transport and mobility reported an operating profit, which will be entirely allocated to covering previous losses as part of an ongoing financial recovery process.

The 2025 fiscal year was marked by the consolidation of the agency's functions, organizational strengthening, and the initiation of preparatory activities for a new public transport service procurement procedure. Regional officials, including President Stefania Proietti and Transport Councilor Francesco De Rebotti, attended the meeting to oversee the approval of the budget and the reports from control bodies.
