Sweden's major cities see new apartment listings for rent and sale

Online listings show several apartments available in Sweden's cities. In Stockholm's Kungsholmen district a 70 m² unit with three rooms is offered for about 12,000 kr per month. In Malmö Centrum a 45 m² apartment is on the market for roughly 2.5 million kr, while other units in the area range from 40 m² to 135 m² with prices between 1.0 million and 2.5 million kr. In Karlstad, a 55 m² three‑room rental is advertised at 10,500 kr per month. All listings were activated on the service in late July 2026.
