Umrah and Visitation Forum launches fourth edition in Saudi Arabia

The fourth edition of the Umrah and Visitation Forum has launched in Saudi Arabia, inaugurated by the Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Dr. Tawfiq bin Fauzan Al-Rabeeah. The event is held under the patronage of Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Madinah Region.

The forum serves as a global platform for Umrah companies, service providers, and partners to build partnerships and develop innovations to enhance the experience of pilgrims and visitors. This edition aims to include more than 200 companies, representing a growth of approximately 45% in participation.

During the launch, the ‘Excellence in Services Award for Guests of God’ was introduced. The award aims to improve service quality and encourage innovation across five tracks: transportation and aviation, hotel services, enrichment destinations, gifts, and catering. The forum supports the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program.
