UMSNH graduates receive academic honors and Coparmex awards

The Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH) recently celebrated the graduation of 331 students from the Veterinary Surgeon program. During the ceremony, Rector Yarabí Ávila González urged graduates to uphold the university’s historical legacy and core values, emphasizing honesty and the transformative power of education.

In a related recognition, Coparmex Michoacán awarded several UMSNH graduates with the 2026 Educational Excellence Award. Rector Ávila González noted that the university remains committed to providing high-quality training and strengthening alliances with the productive sector to facilitate dual education and professional integration.
