UMSNH Library System receives ISO 9001:2015 quality certifications

The Library System of the Universidad Michoacana de San Nicolás de Hidalgo (UMSNH) has received eight new ISO 9001:2015 quality management certificates. These certifications were awarded to various departments within the institution.

During the presentation, Rector Yarabí Ávila González recognized the efforts of the library staff, noting that these results strengthen the university and support both national and international accreditations. Ávila emphasized the importance of the university's historical collection and the role of libraries in academic life, stating that the current work serves as a legacy for future generations.
