UMusic Hotel to open on London's Denmark Street in 2026

UMusic Hospitality & Lifestyle (UMHL) and Outernet London have announced a partnership to expand entertainment and hospitality experiences on Denmark Street in Soho, central London. The collaboration includes the opening of the UMusic Hotel Denmark Street, which is scheduled to debut in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The 55-room hotel will occupy the former Chateau Denmark building. This marks UMHL’s first hotel in the United Kingdom and its second in Europe, following the 2022 opening of UMusic Hotel Madrid. The project is situated within Outernet’s entertainment district, which features venues such as Outernet Live and The Lower Third.

Beyond the hotel, the partnership involves developing new food concepts and lounge spaces. UMHL will also manage programming and operations at The Lower Third, a 200-capacity basement venue, utilizing resources from Universal Music Group’s labels and creative partners to support emerging artists.
