In the Green Projects category, which focuses on environmental footprints and circular economy models, winners include Okumkom Biodigital Investment (Ghana), which converts organic waste from the hospitality sector into protein and fertilizer, and Bio Fábrica de Corais (Brazil), which utilizes biotechnology.
