Una Healy Celebrates Seven Months Alcohol‑Free, Citing Better Sleep and Health

Irish singer Una Healy marked more than seven months of sobriety, saying she has not felt tempted to drink even when surrounded by alcohol. She described experiencing occasional alcohol‑related dreams but emphasized that the reality of her alcohol‑free life feels much better, with improved mood and sleep.

Healy explained that her decision to quit drinking was driven by perimenopause symptoms, particularly insomnia, and that eliminating alcohol has helped her sleep more soundly.
