Una Striscia di Terra Feconda jazz festival continues in Rome

The 29th edition of Una Striscia di Terra Feconda, a Franco-Italian jazz and improvised music festival, is ongoing in Rome and will continue through October 25, 2026. Directed by Paolo Damiani and Armand Meignan, the festival focuses on musical research and innovation through collaborations between Italian and French musicians.

Key upcoming events include a performance by Jacopo Fagioli, winner of the SIAE Top Jazz ‘Nuovo Talento’ 2025 award, presenting his second album, ‘Dialogue’. Additionally, renowned pianist Franco D’Andrea is scheduled for a solo piano performance at the Casa del Jazz on October 10, 2026.

The festival, which holds the second rank in Italy for artistic quality according to the Ministry of Culture, utilizes various venues across the Lazio region, including the Casa del Jazz, Museo MACRO, and Teatro Tor Bella Monaca.
