Unadilla MX hosts final championship stretch for Pro Motocross and WMX

The Pro Motocross Championship and the Women’s Motocross Championship (WMX) are entering the final stretch of their 2026 seasons at Unadilla MX in Central New York. The event marks the 40th running of the ELF Lubricants Unadilla National at the historic venue, which is the oldest track in American motocross.

In the Pro Motocross Championship, the upcoming three-race series will determine the outdoor 450SMX Class and 250SMX Class champions. Officials noted that the title fights in both classes are among the closest in recent history.

The WMX championship resumes after a midsummer break, continuing a tight title race between Lachlan Turner and Charli Cannon. Turner currently holds a nine-point lead over Cannon with three rounds and six motos remaining in the six-round campaign. Mayla Herrick is also noted as a significant contender in the field.
