UNC Volleyball promotes Rachel Ferguson to Associate Head Coach

UNC Volleyball head coach Mike Schall has promoted Rachel Ferguson to Associate Head Coach. Ferguson joined the program in 2023 as an assistant coach and recruiting coordinator.

During her tenure, Ferguson was credited with helping the Tar Heels return to national prominence, contributing to back-to-back NCAA tournament appearances in 2024 and 2025. Prior to her time at Carolina, she served as an associate head coach at Lipscomb University and held coaching roles at Indiana University, Grand Canyon University, and North Carolina Central.
