UNCAUS announces postgraduate course on labor law and payroll

The Universidad Nacional del Chaco Austral (UNCAUS) has announced a new postgraduate course titled ‘Application of the Ley Bases and Collective Labor Agreements in Payroll Liquidation and Form F931’. The program is designed to provide practical tools and updated knowledge regarding labor legislation and remuneration management.

Starting October 20, the two-month course will utilize a hybrid format, combining in-person and virtual sessions. It is intended for students and graduates in Economic Sciences and Labor Relations, human resources professionals, payroll specialists, and administrative staff.

The academic program consists of four modules covering the legal framework of the Ley Bases reforms, remunerations and collective labor agreements, leaves, the annual bonus (SAC), termination of employment, social charges, taxes, and digital operations.
