Naughty Dog reportedly developing new Uncharted game

Reports suggest that Naughty Dog is developing a new Uncharted game, marking the franchise's return after nearly a decade since Uncharted 4: A Thief's End. According to multiple sources, including MP1st, the project is an entirely new entry rather than a remake or remaster.

The development is reportedly being led by Shaun Escayg, the creative director behind Uncharted: The Lost Legacy. The new title is expected to follow the studio's upcoming sci-fi project, Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet.

While Nathan Drake is rumored to appear in some capacity, his specific role remains unconfirmed; he may serve as the protagonist, a supporting character, or appear in a cameo. Speculation also exists regarding whether his daughter, Cassie Drake, might take a leading role. Naughty Dog has not officially confirmed these reports.
