UNCuyo launches Dentistry Month with free dental services in Mendoza

The National University of Cuyo (UNCuyo) has launched 'Dentistry Month' to commemorate Latin American Dentistry Day. The initiative, running from September 28 to October 30, aims to integrate students, faculty, and the general community through various academic and social activities.

A key component of the program is the return of the Mobile Dental Unit, equipped with modern technology to provide free clinical care, dental checkups, and referrals. The mobile unit will operate at high-traffic locations in Mendoza, including the provincial Legislature, Rosedal del Parque General San Martín, and Parque Central.

In addition to clinical services, the program includes scientific update sessions, technical talks, and interdisciplinary research discussions. The schedule also features recreational activities, sports tournaments, and entrepreneur fairs to strengthen ties with local society.
