Under the Bridge festival presented to Ciudad Juárez officials

Graphic artist and muralist Jorge Alejandro Pérez, known as ‘Yorch’, has presented the details for the sixth edition of the ‘Under the Bridge’ festival to the Municipal Development Planning Commission in Ciudad Juárez.

The festival, held in the Río Bravo area near the Paso del Norte international bridge, is a free community event focused on muralism, music, and youth expression. Organizers are seeking institutional support from the municipal government to help integrate the festival into the city’s cultural identity and ensure a safe environment for families.

In addition to graffiti and mural art, the program includes rock, hip hop, and reggae music, poetry readings, craft bazaars, and gastronomy. The initiative aims to resignify the local area through artistic and community engagement.
