Underdogs Group and 21 Invest secure major capital for expansion
Milan-based Underdogs Group has secured 20 million euros to expand its marketing and data analysis operations. The funding, managed by Nextalia Investment Management, aims to transform the company into a comprehensive platform integrating artificial intelligence for advertising. The company, which currently employs 140 people and serves approximately 1,000 clients across Europe, intends to use the capital to acquire various production entities and triple its revenue within the next three years.
In a separate transaction, 21 Invest, an alternative asset management platform controlled by the Edizione Group, has entered the Spanish market by acquiring control of Grupo Celesa. Based in the Basque Country, Grupo Celesa specializes in high-precision cutting tools and manual industrial tools under the Blue-Master and Dogher brands. The acquisition marks 21 Invest's first direct entry into Spain. Grupo Celesa reported a turnover exceeding 20 million euros for the 2025 fiscal year and expects to reach approximately 25 million euros in 2026.
