Undikma and UNTL promote sports diplomacy via ISIMP

Universitas Pendidikan Mandalika (Undikma) and Universidade Nacional Timor Lorosa’e (UNTL) are advancing sustainable sports and academic cooperation through the International Student Inbound Mobility Program (ISIMP). The initiative serves as a platform for sports diplomacy between Indonesia and Timor Leste.

Initiated by the National Sports Committee of Indonesia (KONI) Central, the program involves UNTL's Department of Sports, Undikma, and Timor Leste's CDTL. The delegation from Timor Leste, led by Joao Dias Pereira, includes faculty and students participating in sports training and academic discussions. The collaboration aims to foster long-term bilateral ties, with participants describing the relationship between the two nations as one of brotherhood and family.
