UNED launches Engineering in Artificial Intelligence degree across Spain

Spain's public distance university, the UNED, opened enrollment for the 2026‑2027 academic year, introducing a new Bachelor of Engineering in Artificial Intelligence. The programme combines mathematics, programming, data science and machine learning, and is designed to meet the growing demand for AI‑trained professionals. It will be offered at the UNED centres in Tudela and Cádiz, with online registration open until late October (21 Oct in Tudela, 31 Oct in Cádiz). The degree is multidisciplinary, covering areas such as natural‑language processing, computer vision, robotics and ethical‑legal aspects of AI, and prepares graduates for work in engineering, medicine, law, economics and other sectors. As a public university without entry scores or seat limits, the UNED also provides access courses for adults over 25 and 45, allowing flexible study paths that can later be credited toward the new degree.
