Unemat students encouraged to join 2nd Troféu Parlamento journalism award
The Communication Secretariat of the Legislative Assembly of Mato Grosso (Secom/ALMT) visited the Journalism course at the State University of Mato Grosso (Unemat) in Tangará da Serra to promote the 2nd edition of the ALMT Journalism Award, known as the ‘Troféu Parlamento’.
The presentation took place during the 20th-anniversary celebration of Unemat’s Journalism course. Under the theme ‘Where the law is born, citizenship grows’, the competition includes a university category designed to encourage students to produce content that explains the functions of the Legislative Power and its impact on the population.
Professor Eveline Baptistella noted that the award serves as a motivator for students to produce high-quality journalistic work and gain professional recognition. Submissions for the award are open until November 9.
