UNI Residence unveils penthouse unit in Sha Tin

The UNI Residence development in Sha Tin, a joint venture between Wing Tai and Vanke Hong Kong, has unveiled its top-floor penthouse unit. Located on the 32nd floor, the 607-square-foot unit includes a 216-square-foot private terrace with views of Lion Rock, Sha Tin, and Shing Mun River.

The unit is being offered via a tender process with an indicative price of approximately 30,000 HKD per square foot. This price represents about 70% of recent high-end transaction records in the Tai Wai area.

To date, the project has sold 196 units, accounting for over 80% of the total development, generating more than 1 billion HKD in cash. The development is situated near Tai Wai and Hin Keng MTR stations.
