UNIBEP wins tender for Białystok sports hall

UNIBEP S.A. has been selected as the contractor for the construction of a new multi-purpose sports and entertainment hall in Białystok. Following a detailed verification of bids, UNIBEP submitted the most favorable offer at 483,119,357.06 PLN.

The tender included competition from MIRBUD S.A. and a consortium led by NDI S.A. The project, which follows a decision by the City Council to increase funding, involves the construction of a four-story facility covering over 30,000 square meters, including main and training fields with spectator seating.

Once the contract is signed, the contractor will have 30 months to complete the project. Białystok President Tadeusz Truskolaski noted that the city is focused on ensuring the facility is completed as quickly as possible to serve residents.
