Unicaja completes integration of Unicorp Patrimonio

Unicaja has completed the integration of Unicorp Patrimonio, its group's securities firm, to create a more coordinated and specialized investment services model.

The restructuring involves two main areas: the private banking business of Unicorp Patrimonio will be integrated into the bank and managed through Unicaja Banca Privada, while Unicaja AM will incorporate the firm's specialized technical investment capabilities. This new model aims to improve coordination between group units and provide more specialized assistance for client savings and investment needs.

Unicaja Banca Privada will utilize a network of specialized centers and offices across 23 locations, supported by over one hundred specialized managers. The service offering includes advisory services, discretionary portfolio management, and digital tools designed to meet various investment profiles.
