UniCredit launches national recruitment program for retail branches

UniCredit has launched a national recruitment campaign through its Core Banking Programme, aimed at integrating new talent into its retail branches across Italy, including major cities such as Rome, Milan, Bologna, Turin, Palermo, Naples, Bari, and Venice.

The program offers paid training paths designed to lead candidates toward full operational autonomy in the banking sector. Successful participants will be trained to manage customer portfolios and provide services related to savings products, payment solutions, and financing.

The initiative is open to both high school graduates and university graduates, with no prior experience in the banking or financial sectors required. The group is implementing this expansion following recent strong economic results.
