Unimed Bauru to host first Caminhadas Unimeds Paulistas

Unimed Bauru will host the first edition of the Caminhadas Unimeds Paulistas on August 30 at Getúlio Vargas Avenue. Organized by Unimed Fesp with support from Unimed Centro-Oeste Paulista, the event aims to gather approximately 2,000 participants to promote physical activity and well-being.

Registration for the event is open online from August 17 to August 23. Participants who register can receive an exclusive kit including a personalized t-shirt, backpack, and cap. To collect the kits at the Unimed Bauru administrative headquarters on August 27 and 28, attendees are asked to donate one liter of milk, which will be distributed to local charitable organizations.

The walk is part of a larger initiative occurring simultaneously in 30 other cities across the state of São Paulo. The program includes warm-up classes, monitored exercises, and various activities organized by sponsors.
