Unimed Cuiabá opens new medical center to expand specialized care

Unimed Cuiabá has inaugurated Centro Médico II in the Jardim das Américas neighborhood. This new facility is part of a strategic expansion to reorganize the cooperative’s healthcare network and increase access to specialized medical services.

The new unit will focus on clinical specialties and subspecialties. This allows the existing Centro Médico I on Avenida Barão de Melgaço to shift its focus primarily toward surgical specialties and closer integration with the Unimed Cuiabá Hospital. According to CEO Dr. Carlos Eduardo Bouret, the reorganization aims to better organize patient care and bring services closer to the population.
