Unimed Natal invited to present excellence case to national cooperatives

Unimed Natal has been invited by the Central Nacional Unimed (CNU) to present its operational excellence model during the national live event ‘CNU em Movimento’ on Tuesday (29).

The invitation follows the cooperative’s high performance in the Consumer Relationship Excellence list released by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS). The cooperative will share strategies used to improve beneficiary service and reduce complaints, specifically focusing on the management of Preliminary Intermediation Notifications (NIPs) and the General Complaint Index (IGR).

Márcio Rêgo, president of Unimed Natal, stated that the recognition reflects the collective effort of employees and members to increase efficiency and responsiveness to beneficiaries.
