Unión de Santa Fe appoints Juan Siemienczuk as basketball coach

Juan Siemienczuk has returned to Unión de Santa Fe for his third tenure as head coach. He will lead the basketball team during the 2026/27 season in the Liga Argentina de Básquet, following the club's departure from the top-tier Liga Nacional.

Siemienczuk noted that the situation is atypical and emphasized the need to reorganize economically and focus on sporting competitiveness within the second division. The team faces challenges regarding preparation times, as roster formation and preseason training began later than usual.
