Union Berlin gifts custom jersey to quiz show contestant

Union Berlin has presented Noah Petrik, a contestant on the quiz show ‘Wer wird Millionär?’, with a commemorative jersey featuring the name ‘SPASSIKOWSKI’.

During the television program hosted by Günther Jauch, Petrik failed to correctly identify the current Union Berlin coach, Mauro Lustrinelli. After consulting a telephone joker, Petrik incorrectly answered ‘Igor Spassikowski’. This error resulted in a loss of prize money, leaving him with 500 euros.

In a humorous response to the mistake, the football club invited Petrik to a home match against 1. FC Köln. During the event, the club presented him with the custom jersey bearing the incorrect name from his quiz show appearance. Petrik expressed his appreciation for the club's witty gesture.
