Union College defeats St. Lawrence University 49-7

Union College secured its third consecutive victory with a 49-7 win against St. Lawrence University in a Liberty League matchup at Leckonby Stadium.

Union offense was led by Luke Sheehan, who completed 14 of 20 passes for 231 yards and three touchdowns, while also contributing 62 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown. The scoring began early in the first quarter with a 95-yard touchdown pass from Sheehan to Brady Markowski. Other Union scores included a touchdown pass to Kaden Gore, a six-yard run by Sheehan, a 28-yard field goal by Owen Sanderson, a one-yard run by Justin Singh, a touchdown by Jah'Cire Jones, and a 42-yard interception return for a touchdown by Kaden Faniel.

St. Lawrence managed a single touchdown in the third quarter when Sean Miles threw a 35-yard pass to Cole Phelan. Despite holding the ball for over 33 minutes, the St. Lawrence offense was limited to 217 total yards, compared to Union’s 429 total yards.
