Union Saint-Gilloise to play Europa League home games in Leuven

Union Saint-Gilloise will play its Europa League home matches at Den Dreef in Leuven this season. The Brussels-based club is unable to host European fixtures at its own Joseph Marien Stadium because the venue does not meet UEFA requirements.

This arrangement mirrors the club's 2022-2023 European campaign. The club expressed gratitude to the city of Leuven and OH Leuven for their hospitality, noting that the stadium is located only a few dozen kilometers from their home ground. Union Saint-Gilloise also extended thanks to the city of Ostend and KV Oostende for hosting their recent Champions League qualification match against Bodø/Glimt.
