Unipartner hires over half of its Summer Academy 2026 participants

Technology consultancy Unipartner has announced that more than 50% of the participants from its 2026 Summer Academy have been integrated into the company's permanent workforce. The program, established in 2019, aims to bridge the gap between higher education and the professional technology market through immersive learning and participation in critical projects.

During the 2026 edition, over 15 young talents from various institutions—including Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, ISCTE, and IADE—participated in more than 20 strategic projects. The internship covered diverse technical domains such as Artificial Intelligence, application modernization, cybersecurity, data governance, and automation. Participants received individualized mentorship from company specialists to facilitate their transition from academic knowledge to practical professional skills.
