UNIPVC hosts educational forum for secondary school professionals

The Polytechnic University of Viana do Castelo (UNIPVC) held the eighth edition of the “Juntos Neste Percurso | Rede Partilhada de Educação” event at its Higher School of Health. The initiative brought together teachers, directors, and psychologists from secondary and vocational schools to explore the university's academic offerings and resources.

Moving away from traditional institutional meetings, the event utilized a practical approach involving laboratory experiences, clinical simulators, and a color-coded triage system designed to facilitate experimentation, information sharing, and listening. The program aimed to foster collaboration between professionals from different institutions and to understand how the university can better support educators in guiding students toward higher education choices.

This year marked a strategic shift toward a decentralized model. While previous editions were held at the institution's central services, the event moved to the Higher School of Health, following a transition to the Higher School of Technology and Management in 2025, allowing participants to engage directly with various organic units of the university.
