Uniqlo and Francesco Risso launch 2026 knitwear collection

Uniqlo and Italian designer Francesco Risso have announced the launch of their second collaborative capsule collection, titled ‘Made for Dreaming’. The 2026 knitwear line is scheduled to become available on October 30, 2026, through Uniqlo’s online store and at 105 physical locations across Japan.

The collection focuses on unisex knitwear that blends vintage-inspired aesthetics with modern 3D knitting technology. This technical approach allows for the creation of largely seamless garments that follow the body's contours while mimicking the textures and irregularities typically associated with traditional handcraft.

Key items in the collection include turtleneck and mock neck sweaters, polo shirts made from lightweight merino wool blends, and various V-neck and boat neck options. The designs emphasize two-tone color blocking and sculptural silhouettes to offer expressive, gender-neutral styling for everyday wear.
