Unisys ranks on TIME’s India’s Best Employers list amid rising AI investment

Unisys has been named to TIME’s 2026 list of India’s Best Employers, ranking 176th out of 500 organizations. This marks the company’s second consecutive year on the list, climbing more than 60 spots from its 2025 position. The ranking, presented by TIME and Statista Inc., is based on employee feedback regarding professional development and career growth.

In the broader Indian market, artificial intelligence investment is accelerating. According to an Autodesk report, 91% of Indian organizations increased their AI investment over the past year, surpassing peers in the APAC region and globally. While 40% of Indian companies report significant or full AI usage—higher than the global average of 28%—challenges remain regarding measurable financial returns and operational efficiency.
