Unit4 acquires Napta to expand resource management capabilities
Unit4 has announced the acquisition of Napta, a Paris-based resource management and skills intelligence platform designed for services firms. The acquisition aims to integrate Napta’s capacity and skills data with Unit4’s existing project, financial, and human capital management applications.
Napta will continue to operate under its current leadership, led by CEO Arnaud Caldichoury, and maintain its existing business model and brand. The platform, which serves approximately 200 organizations across more than 70 countries, will remain compatible with various ERP and professional services automation software.
Unit4 CEO Simon Paris stated that the acquisition is a strategic move to serve the professional services industry, which the company identifies as a fast-growing key vertical. The integration is intended to provide clients with a comprehensive overview of employee availability and expertise to improve project planning and resource efficiency.
