United Bulgarian Bank launches updated mobile application

United Bulgarian Bank (UBB), a member of the KBC Group, has introduced an updated version of its mobile application, UBB Mobile. The update follows the app being named the best banking application in Bulgaria by Global Finance.

A central feature of the update is the enhanced ‘On the Road’ section, which consolidates various mobility-related services. Users can purchase vignettes, pay vehicle taxes, secure civil liability and travel insurance, and submit online insurance claims through DZI. The section also allows for zone parking payments.

To assist with vehicle maintenance and compliance, the app enables users to register up to three vehicles and a driver's license to track the validity of annual technical inspections, vignettes, and insurance, providing automated expiration reminders. Additionally, the app introduces ‘Partners’ and ‘Tips’ menus, offering mobility-related products from partners and travel-related guidance.
